Features:

1. Single cylinder processing capacity 220 orderly arranged standard embedding cassettes.

2. The main switch of the tissue dehydration cylinder cover is required to be a mechanical handle and have an unlocked alarm device.

3. A 10-inch color LCD touch screen is used as the user interface. The screen is adjustable at multiple angles rather than fixed gears to ensure a clear field of vision.

4. Independent liquid and gas passages, and the gas in the airway can be liquefied and discharged into the waste liquid bottle through a uniquely designed condenser tube, without leakage of polluted gas.

5. The dehydration cylinder cover has a transparent glass window for easy observation of the status in the dehydration cylinder.

6. Timing function: The completion time of tissue dehydration on any day of the week can be set.

7. It has a power-off protection function. After a power outage, the instrument can automatically work in sequence from the breakpoint.

Reagent management system: Set the use cycle of reagents and paraffin according to the number of embedded cassettes processed, the number of days the reagents are used, or the number of dehydration times. The system automatically counts and prompts to replace reagents and paraffin when the threshold is reached. Alcohol and paraffin are automatically replaced in gradient.

10. One-touch free switching between conventional dehydration and rapid dehydration. Start the rapid dehydration program during the day to quickly dehydrate small specimens, and complete dehydration in ≤3 hours. Start the conventional dehydration program at night.

11. Gas pressure conversion device: A mechanical structure device completes the gas pressure conversion, avoiding the high failure rate caused by the solenoid valve.

12. Automatic wax replacement function: After the first cylinder of paraffin is discharged into the waste wax cylinder, the original second cylinder of paraffin enters the first cylinder, and then the original third cylinder of paraffin enters the second cylinder, and the third cylinder is added with new wax.

13. Automatic reagent rotation function: After the first cylinder of the same reagent is discharged into the waste liquid cylinder, the system will automatically use the reagent in the correct order (arranged from low to high according to cleanliness) and discharge it into the previous reagent cylinder after use, without manual rotation of the reagent bottle position.

14. Multiple safety protection functions: 2 liquid level sensors sense the lowest and highest liquid levels, prompt and stop operation protection functions; studio over-temperature detection and power-off protection functions; automatic alarm function when the studio cover is not locked.

15. Magnetic stirring function shortens the specimen dehydration time and has a better dehydration effect.

16. There are sound and screen prompts at the end of work.
